Nagiri (Nah-g-eeree)
The nagiri live on a small planet close to KiGal. The people who inhabit the world are Known as the Nagiri. Their planet is called KiSur. They are the brawn behind the hybrid slave trade of the galaxy as their technology created vast space ships that could hold thousands of prisoner, and travel great distances throughout the galaxy.
Basic Information
Anatomy
The Nagiri are top half man, bottom half snake. They lay eggs. The can use their magic to have legs as opposed to snake tail. they are known to be feirce wariors.
Genetics and Reproduction
The Nagiri females will lay an egg when one has been fertilized by a male of her species.
the gestation for the eggs is around 45 days.
Once the egg hatches they are assined at birth what station they will have.
However, because they can change forms, they can also mate with other beings in the galaxy to create hybrids. Many females of the species are used as breeders for their slave trade. They are held against their will and forced into their "human" form in order to mate with the males they keep captive.
in this way the females will gestate and give live birth to a hybrid child.
Most females born, aside from the aristocracy, are raised to create hybrid children for the slave trade. This is how the Nagiri make their money.
Growth Rate & Stages
Like all other species, they grow to adulthood in a 200 year cycle.
Ecology and Habitats
Their planet is a desert as it suits their species well. It is hot, dry, and sandy.
Dietary Needs and Habits
They mosly live on the huge beatles that live on the planet. they actually raise them like cattle. but they can also eat any other species in the Galaxy. In fact, their favoite treat is a Belgae. They have captured a few for their breeding program, however the never last long because the Belgae are like a drug for the Nagiri. they get a high from the magic in the little pixie like creatures.
Biological Cycle
Once they reach their 200th year they are stronger, and faster. They are not immortal, in fact their death rates are the highest in the galaxy. They only live to be about 1000 years old they will age and become frail.
They do shed their skins every 10 years or so.
Their planet has very little in the way of seasonal changes, they do reach extreme temperatures at all times, either extreme heat or extreme cold.
Behaviour
They are predators and hunt for their food. They have the ability to unhinge their jaws to take larger food into their mouth.
Their predators are the Dragons, however because they are extict there is little for the nagiri to worry about.

Perception and Sensory Capabilities
They posess the most heigtened senses of all the species in the galaxy. Their enhanced sight, taste, hearing, and touch used to hunt down their prey on their planet, however they use these skills to benefit them in the slave trade as bounty hunters. when something needs found, most everyone will hire a Nagiri mercenary.

Have hominid upper bodies, with snake tails. Their skin color varries. Most do not have body hair at all. They can morph their bodies into a man form, they will have scales on their legs, arms and feet.
