A mysterious Major God, who dwells within this universe's version of the Shadowfell.
Due to being in a constant war with his brother Haze for control of the Shadowfell, this makes the both of them unable to join The Grand Council even though they are both Major Gods.
Secur sees the Shadowfell as an untapped resource, with spirits that can be turned into power, and land to hold those who are deemed tainted
