The Holy Kingdom of Nepeon
The Crown during the latter years of the Age of Destruction, controlled by the house of Beaumont, was incredibly aggressive to the lands around it. The surrounding towns and villages were under an almost tyrannical rule of tithes and taxes, providing the kingdom with almost the majority of their own supplies in order to push forward the war effort.
Within their own cities and settlements, for some years before the crusades began proper, the city guards and the inquisition were working alongside each other to capture and execute any kind of magical race or magic user. The only races safe from their genocide were those that they believed 'holy': Humans, Elves, Dwarves, and to some extent Halflings. While Humans were the only race to get an immediately free pass, Elves and Dwarves would still be questioned intensely about their business and any knowledge they have of fugitives of any sort.
Beliefs: The Beaumont house have brought their own personal beliefs into the leadership of the kingdom with more force than anyone had imagined. They believe that any race fighting alongside the Titans in the ancient holy war of Tilvera isn't worth keeping on this earth and must be cleansed. Some races must be destroyed so that those that are truly worthy may live.
Structure
The Holy Kingdom follows a classically monarchistic structure. Their leader, either a King or Queen, rules with the final word on any decisions. This role is most often passed by blood or conquest, but the Kingdom has never surpassed its monarchy. The structure, like most in Tilvera, also has room for a court wizard sent by the Tower. These wizards act as the primary advisors to the crown, but don't have any official say in decisions made.
Culture
The noble folk of Nepeon believe in the words of their king: races that fought on the side of the Eight during the Holy War are blessed, and truly good in all of their actions. The king has convinced the ruling classes that these so-called 'lesser' races are the cause for all hardship in the world and will invevitably bring about its destruction. These nobles will turn their noses up, or worse, at the sight of a non-human.
The common folk however, believe quite the opposite. These enemy races are no more evil than the common pigeon can be, simply created for a purpose long ago like the rest of them. The common folk pray for change, and will do what they can to push it along.

Assets
The Kingdom have displayed wealth beyond compare. The goods of the land are theirs to command and control as they see fit, often to the benefit of those in power, and the detriment of those without it. Their cities and settlements are vast and spread across the entire continent, their castles are polished marble and rumored to be inpenetrable, their armies large enough to wipe an entire species from the face of Tilvera. The Kingdom aren't to be underestimated in their resources, those who have aren't able to tell the tale.
History
For thousands of years, the Kingdom has passed from noble house to noble house. With wars waged for control and great plots enacted for the throne, the history of Nepeon is long and bloody, worthy of it's own chapter in the Book of Tilvera. More recently, the relatively unknown house of Beaumont enacted a rebellion against the reigning family of Octavia, taking the throne and enacting their vicious will upon Nepeon.
