Humans built a small settlement in the Shirk Valley on Meridianus.

A group of humans reach the lush valley of Shirk in the middle of the Narval Desert. The valley was kept lush by a giant lake that was simply termed The Oasis, and the mountain range that bordered the south helped keep in moisture. In the far distant past, the Shirk Mountain Range were active volcanoes, and their ash contributed to the fertile soil.
