The Wordsmith is the leader. They hear whisperings from Iohr directly, carrying out his orders and wishes.

History
The Order of Iohr was formed shortly after the Drow Cataclysm in 41254 PE. Iohr, having cursed the newly made Drow, was able to psychically enthrall a group of around 150 of the Drow. These Drow felt a strong need to go under the ice sheet to be closer to the core. Over weeks, Iohr convinced this group of Drow to stay forever. Over time the Drow, while still retaining their senses of self, became so enthralled that they did Iohr's bidding with no question or thought.

Followers of Iohr are able to access their psychic attunement, leading to the development of psychic abilities. Not everyone develops the same abilities, and it's very rare to develop more than one.
