Queen Falina is the leader of The Coven. A 350-year old Wood Elf druid and a former Plane-riders , Queen Falina is an athletic and acrobatic individual who wields a single scimitar (her Soul Arm) and boasts significant magical prowess, specifically over the weather. 
Falina has controlled the Coven as their queen for the last 100 years and recently celebrated the century of her time with the outfit, a deeply cunning and charismatic leader, Falina is well known for her good looks and ruthless nature as well as her skill at navigation and her occassional 'taking on' of apprentices.
At the moment, Falina is working on training three new druid apprentices to captain her ever-expanding personal fleet and she has been quarreling with Irkutz Seamist as he has declared himself the pirate king and has not sided with The Coven.

Falina's Soul Arm is 'The Storming Blade' a cutlass style scimitar with a black blade and sapphire style hilt. The blade is known to be capable of summoning and discharging lightning at enemies... making it very useful at sea.
