Niharah Valarean is the half-wood Elf chief of Kara's Vale, a town in Paradosia that she founded and built after destroying the camp of bandits it formerly belonged to.  Niharah is a strong and muscular Elf who is covered in scars and has a half shaved head with grey hair, they are missing an eye and wear a dark green jewelled eye patch over it. Though they have been mayor of Kara's Vale for a decade now, they still wear the scale mail they wore as a bandit and always carries their Soul Arm, a long glaive with a thorned end, the blade depicts the name 'Kara' upon it as a key memory and is entirely plated in gold after she chose political redemption and became a member of the Armsbearers  and Niharah always wears their former wedding band in memory of the one they lost.  Niharah is a tough ruler who instates heavy rules and penalties on those who live in Kara's Vale and ensures her town is defended with a military authority.  Niharah came into the rule of the town after leading her former bandit horde to assault the town and take it for themselves. However, the battle was bloody and brutal with losses on all sides... including the loss of her wife Kara, after the battle, Niharah promised herself she would change her ways and thus the town of Kara's Vale was born.
