Session 002: Temple of The Oracle Report
General Summary
The party made its way to the Temple of the Oracle.
The party met with resistance before the entrance: hot steam & steam Mephits, then soldiers of Sydon at the entrance.
Veronica talked the parties way past Braeca so they could speak with Heleka, a sea hag, & the one in charge.
Oren found a locked door & was able to pick the lock, opening the door he discovered a stairwell.
Making his way down the stairs, he found a door, & when he tried to open the door his hands stuck to the door, & the Sydon face in the door bit his hand. The parry defeated the door mimic, with Oren landing the fatal blow, earning him a title.
The party made their way down the stairs & destroyed a rug of smothering.
Making their way to the back of the basement of the Temple of the Oracle, the party discovered Versi, a naiad & daughter to Sydon. Being held by a water weird, & a Sea Hag, Heleka, who was stabbing a temple attendant to death while Versi yelled at her.
The party defeated the Hag & were able to defeat the Water Weird holding Versi. Freeing her.
She gave the party a prophecy, & Proteus gave the party a healing potion each plus an extra one, as well as a burnished Dragonlord coin.
Versi's Prophecy
You warriors who stand here gathered will be tested.
The fates have revealed three great tasks that must be accomplished before you are ready to sail into the three seas & face the Titans.
You must start the silver fires of the lost forge in order to craft the tools that you will need.
You must claim the mighty weapons wielded against the Titans by the first Dragonlord.
And you must drink from the bottomless Dragon horn, for it will reveal a vision that I cannot see.
But woe unto thee, for i have seen the end of all things. My father's anger cannot be quelled, & his sister schemes even now. Your quest may yet fail &, if it should, the sky will rain black fire, & the doom of Thylea will come.

The Demi-God: encouraged to travel to Estoria and meet their father, Pythor.
The Doomed One: The Oracle’s corrupted sister, Demetria, knows more about the fate that has been laid upon the Doomed One. Versi explains that Demetria can be found in the Mossy Temple.
The Haunted One: Demetria, possesses one of her lost family artifacts. Demetria can be found in the Mossy Temple in the Old Woods.
The Dragonslayer: versi told the Dragonslayer that they are destined to become the bane of evil dragons. They must seek out the Forgekeeper in the Mithral Mines to learn more about the artifacts they need.
The Cursed One: Versi tells the Cursed One that they must speak with Damon, the ancient lich who guards the Necropolis at Telamok, to learn more about the nature of their curse.
The party then rested.

The party listened to Versi's prophecies after freeing her.
