Master Luc Lapine
Luc Lapine is a 46-year-old Halfling originally from the Village of Eau Claire in the County of Dunmor. Since the Vytuian settlement crisis, he has moved to a new home near the Marsonne Commandery on the Arial River where he works as a shipwright and master craftsman for the Commandery.
He is also a close and regular contact between the Commandery and the leadership of the resistance group known as le Glaive, which operates out of the abandoned village of Eau Claire. He has proven exceptionally efficient at passing information, communications and intelligence between the two organizations for the sole purpose of fighting the Vytuian settlement of the Contestee.

A stout and muscular Halfling that stands 4'6" tall. He has thick, light-brown hair and bright blue eyes.

Personal history
Luc was born and raised in the Village of Eau Claire. Born to a family of boatwrights that worked the banks of the Arul River for generations, Luc became a master boatwright at a young age and took over his father's business when he was only 22 years old.
When the Village of Eau Claire was largely abandoned by its residents due to the overwhelming influx of Elves from Naru more than 9 years ago, Luc packed up his family and moved east along the Arial River, eventually settling near the newly established Marsonne Commandery. There, he established himself as the chief boatwright and shipbuilder in the area and was given a good salary to refurbish and reopen the Marsonne Commandery Docks for the Order of the Swords of Heaven.
Luc is now in charge of the entire Commandery riverside operations, leading a crew of 11 other craftsman and workers that work daily to get the docks back up and working effectively for the Order.

Motivation
Luc has regular contact with a group of Arian patriots fighting the Vytuian settlement of the Contestee known as le Glaive. He is a life-long friend and associate of Elyot Roseau and Rolo Fortebras, the Glaive's leaders. By passing information and messages through Luc, Elyot can keep the Order's local Commander, Alban Delone, appraised of all the latest information regarding the Elves of the Contestee and the needs and requirements of those Arians still resisting them.
