Halfling

Some might consider the greatest mystery of this world of ours to be the origins of the halflings. Some believe they, like humans, migrated from the Southern Continent. Others say they are yet another species created by the Vetus Empire, perhaps an offshoot of dwarves. Some would even argue that halflings have inhabited the continent longer than even the elves.
It seems nobody knows for certain.
