Dead Eyes

This cultish gang has shown up within the last few years around Karakse-tal and up the Y'shtola River. Known for their penchant to terrorize blacksmiths and armorers, they've made it apparent they seek Old Elven artifacts for unknown ends.
Members have magically had their eyes removed or altered in some way: in their place burn small flames, extinguishing upon death. They usually conceal their eyes in public to hide their identities.
Our Party encountered a group of Dead Eyes at Honeywell Inn who had been searching for Silas Flaam, ostensibly having learned of his conection to an ancient weapon.
