Foreign Relations
Kiyi has established itself as the magic centre of the world. The WWOWR, World Wide Organisation for Wizards and Researchers, Originated in this country and still has its HQ based in the capital. This alone demands great respect from most other countries. It's not a coincidence that the neighbouring Murian empire is hesitant about waging war against them.
On the other hand, the Tavalian democracy hasn't quite gotten the message. The wizards guarding the borders of Kiyi have regular skirmishes with the warriors of Tavalian. After all, the orcs that make up the majority of that country are well known for their stubbornness.
Yet, Avalian Brightstorm feels there is no reason for an all-out war to beat down the opponent since the orcs seem to take care not to involve the regular citizens of their beloved Kiyi.
