First Contact with Empire of Micars

Hyperion Federation makes first contact with Micars Empire.  The Empire was extremely xenophobic at the time. They raided the Hyperion starships. They got  nothing from this, as the Federation just triggered self destruct on any captured ships, but in their minds, "the eradication of xeno is evidence that we will stand up to all who threaten our way of life!" Although the Federation did respond to their raids. They held many off, only losing a few ships.
