Technological achievement

The HF invents a method of reliably obtaining negative entropy. They have constructed several designs of warheads that destroy a large amount of entropy on contact with a target. This is because the warheads are filled with negative entropy, which is added to the entropy already present. They have done this using a device similar to a QEN Negative entropy allows the HF to control entropy to an even more advanced degree.
