Zar Overseeker
The leader title of the midworldian spaceborne harkas of the UAC, itself of the Hyperion Federation.
The leader is elected democratically by those on the Zar Belt, and other locations that might have a significant Harkas population. They will become a part of the UAC leading council, as the UAC is relatively oligarchic. They obtain the ability to propose bills to the UAC and vote on these bills. There is always an odd number of members because it makes ties impossible. If there is an even number of members, they will elect another to temporarily fill a void.
The harkas midworldian leader is sometimes seen in a personal Arnarais bioship that has been decorated and used specifically by many previous holders of this position.
However, as each Hyperion Federation star nation must elect a single unified leader to represent them in the HF, the UAC often holds another vote to put one of the subspecies leader into power. Sometimes, this title inherits that position usually does not. No one subspecies is overwhelmingly powerful in the UAC or able to topple all the other subspecies, even if the spaceborne midworldians are probably the most powerful.
