Psi Kaus IV Planetary Administration
A very large building on the surface of Psi Kaus IV designed to manage several major features of the planet and it's industry.
This is also where most of the planetary politics take place, with a large room designed for politics. There are also a number of fields outside the building which can improve the morale of those working in it and make the building look nicer.
The building can also house a fairly large population. These often include the politicians as well as other individuals who have highly prestigious jobs that are often nearby. The building has Teleporters though, so this is not always the case. It can also make for a tourist attraction due to its history and because it symbolises HF - Zatenheim cooperation (it was established after they unified into the Confederation of Psi Kaus).
There are also a small number of turrets mounted to the outside of the building to defend it from enemy factions. It mostly relies on the front and planetary defences, but the building is armed relatively weakly anyway. The turrets serve an anti air purpose. The building is also shielded, which should help the turrets in case of an attack but it has never been attacked before.
When it was built it was located near a city, away from any other buildings. However this caused the nearby land to gain value and the city expanded into this area. Although it is now one of the smallest buildings in the nearby vicinity, it is also one of the most important. A no construction zone was set up in a large radius around the building because it is historic. This area has the largest gardens in a several kilometre radius.
