JS-921 B II

A planet in the JS-921 System, which is owned by the HEX Mainframe.
JS-921 B II orbits JS-921 B, the G class star in the system. It orbits close to the habitable radius of the star, so the planet was mostly inhabited with slightly extremophile life, which has evolved for the hot conditions. There is not much present however. The HM owns the planet, so they have set up colonies. Although the planet has an atmosphere, it is a weakly developed one and normally would not hold life easily. The HM then terraformed the world, using megastructure to dim the light from the star slightly and allow JS-921 B II to become habitable. Now, the planet holds a population into the billions and is still being actively mined. This makes the planet one of the most important in the system, so it is very well defended with a large number of powerful space fortresses, larger defence platforms, and shipyards allowing the planet to pursue an enemy located at long distances.
