Harkas Yamera

A subspecies of Harkas that evolved in the belt nation of Erranagol, a belt nation of the Zar Belt, of the Beta Targos System. 

This subspecies is only comparatively small, growing to a length of about 1.5m. As such, they are prey to many species but their sheer numbers allowed them to have powerful bioships. The small size of their bioships meant that they were weaker than those of larger subspecies but faster and required less food, so they would often try to attack an enemy behind their front lines. These bioships also became the subspecies primary way to defend against predators. These bioships often became prey to the larger enemy bioships though...

Despite having  evolved in Erranagol, this lineage has not developed silicon based cells. They have developed a strong thrust to mass ratio and can accelerate very fast. They cannot outmaneuver a purposed organism missile but they can be difficult to harm due to their evasive nature. Their small mass in particular allows them to accelerate faster. Much of the energy of the body can be directed to the thrusters, making them one of the fastest subspecies of harkas that exist.

They have been known to form alliances with other subspecies allowing them to attack an enemy frontally. In these operations, they would harass the enemy and try to distract them while the larger forces would engage them frontally. This strategy worked surprisingly well against multiple species of bioships. They would also often accelerate fast into the enemy rear and attack any enemy supply bioships, Holders, ect. Sometimes they even managed to destroy escorted bioships.
