Flaybia - Class Submersible Aircraft Carrier

A submersible aircraft carrier of the Hyperion Federation that is named after an underwater nation of the Tebburus Unification War.
The Flaybia - class is a very large, tracked carrier. It is capable of storing all aircraft and drones within its internal hangar and sealing the outside, making it watertight. Even in this state, however, some forms of aircraft can still be launched from underwater - such as most Flying Discs.
It is also armed with many smaller weapons from the outside, covering every direction an enemy can approach from. It has multiple Photon Cannon CIWS weapons to shoot down missiles with. Photon cannons are less effective, though still effective, underwater.
It can also fabricate aircraft and drones in its large Replicator bay. This requires matter plasma and energy (which can be easily Teleported from orbit). Aircraft requires crew to function, but crew can also be teleported.
The Flaybia - class is very large. It is about 1km in length. This makes it incredibly slow despite being powered by antimatter annihilation cores and generates a lot of power. It does however allow them to send close air support from a nearby location. Its underwater nature makes it hard to hit. It can also follow an army onto land and continue to provide air support. On land it becomes more powerful because it is not restricted to underwater capable craft. This does expose it to more enemy fire.
