Etherials

A species originating from Mauray. Whenever an Eptha dies, they turn into an Etherial. Etherials do not get a very long lifespan because their energies will dissipate into the environment over time. They are typically alive for about 100 hours. They can increase the lifespan if they focus all of their magic to keep themselves together but this process is so intensive it knocks them unconscious the whole time. Terms such as average height or length do not apply to them as they have a non material body.

Symbiotic and Parasitic organisms

They can enter the body of a Prism. As prisms can easily focus energies within their bodies very efficiently, an Etherial can survive inside a Prism's body indefinitely as long as the Prism intentionally lets them survive. In return, the Prism can get the magic ability of the Etherial. They can both communicate to each other.

Etherials usually spend their final 100 hours saying goodbye to their loved ones before their bodies fully dissipate.

Terms such as average height or length do not apply to them as they have a non material body. However, they are visually about 0.5 m in diameter.

Body Tint, Colouring and Marking

They can vary significantly in colour. Depending on the ancestory of the Eptha body that does to create the Etherial. They can be blue, white, red, orange, green or any manner of colours.
