Bnabrlan - Class Destroyer

A class of destroyer starships used and built by the Tranal Nomads.
The Bnabrlan - Class was one of the first developed by that faction. According to TN doctrine, the Bnabrlan - Class has been made fast. It has several (for redundancy) highly powerful fusion thrusters that can propel the ship to high speed easily. It is also well armed to perform broadside actions, while remaining highly maneuverable for a ship. It can bring its 10 turrets, each with a double barrel with 800mm cannons to bear in mere moments and fire at anything in that direction immediately after. These can cause a great deal of damage to most targets, sometimes even punching above its weight or tech level.
They are powred by 12 different fusion drives. The engineers that designed the ship built it with a huge degree of compartmentalism, building very system in different areas for excellent redundancy in case one is hit. They did this because the Bnabrlan - Class is weakly armoured, giving it an incredible speed.
This makes it surprisingly suvivable despite this philosophy and its size, making it a highly reliable ship on the battlefield and the TN has had trouble designing better even with their current technology. More current Bnabrlan - Class Destroyers are built with larger and more powerful cannons, thrustres and fusion reactors. The fusion engines of the ship are also built in large numbers. These use a lot of fuel but give the ship a large acceleration, but acelerating too heavily can harm crew members inside especially when it is crewed by very weak beings that evolved on 0g.
