Alti Shock and Awe

Military formation often used by the Alti Dominion. The goal of this kind of military formation is to rapidly strike the enemy, destroying enemy morale.  
To do this, the rapid fire railguns are used to a high extent. These are effected by TDDs.  
They also like to make use of missiles. It Is not like alti doctrine to use missiles, but they like to destroy enemy CIWS turrets by using railguns before firing missiles. Sometimes, huge long range railgun artillery is used for support. Although these dont have as high a fire rate as other railguns of the faction, they are very large and powerful. These can often have a significant impact on morale, an enemy seeing a capital ship on their side torn in half by this huge railgun.

Logistics

Logistical Support

This kind of formation requires a significant logistical backing. As their railguns tend to go through a lot if ammo in a short time, the logistical division is larger than the front line division.

Recruitment

This kind of formation also requires a lot of crew. To be recruited, the only requirement is to be physically fit and not cause any trouble to the military. (Recruiting rebels will not help as they might cause infights). After recruitment, it is tradition for the recruiting officer to welcome the recruit by providing them with food.
