Suppress Fear

This suppresses the chemical and psychological components of fear, rendering the psionist or those affected not to fear the opponent. This is a very useful ability as it may allow the user to think clearly even if they may die within seconds.
It can be applied to the psychic themselves, to other people, or both. It is a common deterrent against Radiate Horror Factor.
