Hypnotic Suggestion

The power of suggestion is a psychically boosted form of hypnosis. At a most basic level, it is limited to helping a subject relax, inducing sleep, or remembering specific thoughts. Psychics with more skill are able to even to implant subtle thoughts. However, note the thoughts must be subtly worked in order for the subject to actually believe in them.
The most advanced users can make suggestions to larger groups of people, but as the size of the group and the complexity of the thought increase, so it becomes more difficult to accomplish. Experience often teaches psychics that using one person to spread their implanted message is much more efficient than using Hypnotic Suggestion on a group. Using this power on a group is used in urgent or emergency situations when waiting for the rumor grapevine to work isn't going to be effective.
