Melpomeni Rubouli- Mayor of Sitrium
A kind, strong-willed woman, Melpomeni Rubouli works hard to keep her town afloat, literally. She is welcoming and hard-working and the people of Sitrium love her. Her husband died sailing the seas and since she has been a stalwart protector of the town from watery threats and works to ensure that they always receive what they need from Meletis without being steamrolled.

Personal history
She grew up in the city with her husband who fell in love with her and to her even though she was a "cripple." she's a bit self-deprecating. Her husband went out on a fishing trip a few years back and never returned. He is presumed dead. While he was gone, she worked hard to ensure the city was safe, working with the previous mayor and through his disappearance, she tried even more to protect and guide the city, so much so that the mayor gave power to her with the people's blessing.
