Filippa Karahaliakou runs the bookshop in Meletis and is a sweet, if meek halfling who is not quite certain of how exactly she acquired her halfling heritage. Her mother, also a halfling spoke of traveling through a hole in the ground and ending up here, but that couldn't possibly be it.
