The mayor is especially open to the wishes of the people here and truly seeks to be an advocate. Effrosyni Sotiralli, the leonin mayor, is much more kind and nurturing of the wildlife in her city than others might expect. Her appearance as a leonin makes some of the people of Theros feel intimidated but she is truly a kitten. Kind, smart, and wonderful with both animals and people because she is endlessly patient.
