Camp Icebreaker for several years when a party claiming to have been lost in time for 17 years strolled in.
Many in the camp had been refugees from Overwatch and the surrounding area.
Since Overwatch fell and several years have passed, it is unknown if Camp Icebreaker is still running or where Larry may be.
