The Black Trident Inn
Overview
The Black Trident Inn was built from an old ship's hull that had been turned upside down. This gave the exterior a unique and unusual appearance, with the hull forming the roof of the inn. The hull was painted a deep navy blue, with white trim around the doors and along the keel. Inside, the original wood paneling and beams from the ship were preserved, giving the space a rustic and nautical feel, and due to the previous owner of the ship being a Gnome, all the ceilings are lower than usual. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, set in the upstairs area of the ship, each with windows that look up into the sky. The inn also had a dining area that offered delicious meals made with fresh, local seafood. Overall, the inn was a charming and unforgettable place to stay.The inn is also used as the office building for the town of Skagmarsh's Town Speaker.
Boarding rooms
what used to be the hold of the ship is now occupied by the boarding section of the inn. This is comprised of Krukebi's personal accommodation, a row of shared rooms, and then the VIP guest suite located at what used to be the stern of the ship.Each of the shared rooms contains two bunks beds, 4 chests for personal belongings, and a pair of side tables. These rooms will run for 1sp a night for a bed or 3sp a night to book a whole room.
The VIP room is only available to those that Krukebi chooses. it includes a double bed, ample space, a mini library along with increased security compared to the shared rooms.
