Julian Emmanuel is the Duke of the Duchy of Karpshyn in Waldermore since 864 PD and head of the House Emmanuel since his father's passing.
Julian was born in 847 in Karpshyn as the only child to Duke Victor Emmanuel and Duchess Oriella Emmanuel. He was educated privately in Karpshyn and ascended the Throne in 864 when Duke Victor Emmanuel died of consumption. Duke Julian is the first noble in Waldermore to have a consort be of tiefling descent, Duchess Licentia Emmanuel.
