Missing. Although this theome has achieved some prosperity, it has done so without Fate backing it, a fact of which the locals are quite proud.
What kind of economy and population does Rhakanin have?
As the eastern side of the Tulan Rivermouth, Rhakanin serves the trade that passes through the long, navigable river and the farmlands that run alonside it as well as the seagoing traffic in from the Chordal Ocean. Ships bound for ever-hungering cities often pick up produce from here with no need to sale upriver.
As in many of the urbanized Missing theomes, a necromantic academy exists in Rhakanin, and necromantic goods are sometimes available in the markets for export to theomes that do not ban them. A population of gnarlen thrives here as well, and several Gnarlen necromancers are very proud to serve openly in the local constabulary.
