Just inside and to the west coast of the great lake Smaril, northwest of the region jewel Xanasal, lies the shipyard town of Torrasal.

Benevolent. It's a common urban theome, albeit underpopulated.
What kind of economy and population does Torrasal have?
Almost the entirety of Torrasal's population is at the coastline. The shipyard in Torrasal is world-famous across Theoma, but there's not a lot to the theome that isn't about building ships. The professions available in the theome are heavily focused around supporting the shipyard.
The interior of Torrasal is a low-density coniferous forest with good lumber for shipbuilding. The land god has directed the establishment of sustainable forestry, though despite this the density of the forest is considerably reduced from what it would likely attain had not the wood been harvested to build ships that would ply the oceans of Theoma.
What is Ia-Rauklen like?
Ia-Rauklen manifests as a Veserus and is often found in the shipyard at Torrasal, which manifestly runs at his ownership and seeks to provide ships to people across Theoma. When not at work, he lives underneath the waterline in an underground home.
Polluting the Great Lake Smaril goes over poorly with him, because any pollution from here tends to affect the cleanliness of his home, and due to that the shipyard of Torrasal is a rather clean place.
