Effect

• This talent allows you to use your telekinesis to control and freeze water.
• At D4, you can freeze a cup of water or make it dance, and at D20, you could part entire lakes and freeze rivers.
• This talent can be extremely useful for those ponies that want to go on underwater adventures!

Side/Secondary Effects

• You can only control water with this talent; you cannot create or destroy it.
