A sprawling kingdom of vast forests and fertile plains, the Kingdom of Lugong is known for its fine food and magnificent demon beasts. Much of the spirit rice that feeds this part of the World’s Edge is grown in Lugong. And their demon horses are prized as mounts for nobility all across the area.
Unfortunately for the kingdom it is currently undergoing a succession crisis. The old king, Yi Da, has recently died leaving behind two sisters, Yi Yin and Yi Xinyi. Both of whom have broken through to Monarch. Rather than joint rule the two sisters have ignited a civil war and divided the nobles between them. The resulting clash has greatly weakened Lugong and Queen Li Mei is not the only one who seized chunks of territories from their former holdings.
The Kingdom of Lugong has less grandmasters than would be ideal for their size, but they make up for it with an enormous population from which they have raised a large army of cultivators. Their spirit beast cavalry has made the Lugong a force to be reckoned with. Even if at the moment it is mostly fighting itself.
