Ilse of Mountains
Llianmye is a very mountainous island, in fact, most of its land area are steep rocky slopes, with only the coasts supporting any kind of vegetation.
Vampires
In the early years of Corporeal expansion, there were attempts by the wood elves to colonize what little land here is habitable, and they succeded at the time. However, during the bronze age, the island became increasingly more a haven for vampires. Its terrain and isolation made it impossible to police, or to fully take back, and in the modern day, the island has no permanent residents, other than vile beasts and spawn of Ynue.
Highlands
In the center of the island, there is a relatively flat area known as the Llianmyan Highlands, this area is covered in shrublands, and there are even large grazers here.
The area is possible to reach on foot, but it would take weeks of trekking through the wilderness, and along steep mountain slopes to get there. There are no roads, and no existing infrastructure, and all the food for the journey needs to either be brought along, or hunted on the spot. This has all made this area one of the most isolated places in the world.
It is said that these highlands are now home to the original vampire, the most powerful of them all, a mythical being known as Alaks Dahvrechi.
Province
even though they are barely able to control the place, the enyanian crown still desperately holds on to their claim to this island, not for the sake of any natural resources, since there aren't any to be found here, but as a strategic military base, and training center.
The island is positioned perfectly to assert control over both exits of the isich bay, giving them power over trade, and allowing them to easily blockade isich's trade access whenever they want, something they have made use of on plenty of occasions.
They also send their new cadets here to train, because while they have long since given up hope to assert control over the island fully, they most eagerly make use of the vampiric infestation here to train their troops, making sure they always have battle-hardened troops available.
Dragons
In addition to Vampires, there are also a number of common dragons who operate out of this island, as the mountains here provide the most secure sort of shelter in the continent.
However, they all stay on the edges of the mountains, as the central highlands are off limits to them, not even the greater dragons, have ever tresspassed there.
