Coat of Arms - A Silver axe upon a field of dark grey
Origin - The House of Stiel are one of the oldest famillies in Arden, able to trace their lineage back to before the Kingdom was formed. A Stiel has always ruled over Northhold and its surrounding lands.

Coat of Arms - A silver helmet upon a field of black and light grey quartered per saltire
Origin - A great admiral and devout follower of the Holy Light was granted Stoneport and its lands to rule.

House of Bronson
Location - Seaton
Coat of Arms - A grey bear rampant upon a field of dark blue
Origin - The Bronson family can trace their lineage back to the times before the Kingdom of Arden. Once this was formally recognised by a former King, they were granted official ruling of Seaton and its surrounding lands.

House of Werenskol
Location - Pine Lodge, The Shimmering Woods
Coat of Arms - A grey wolf standing upon a field of red
Origin - The Werenskol Clan predates the forming of the Kingdom of Arden. For many years, the Jarls of Pine Lodge openly refused to join the Kingdom of Arden. An agreement was finally made, and the Werenskol family were made official Nobility of Arden.

House of Ravenlow
Location - Ardmair, Darkwood
Coat of Arms - A white raven standing upon a field of green
Founded - 835 AF
Origin - Despite tracing their roots back to before the Kingdom of Arden, the Ravenlow family was not granted any lands until The Orcish War, where they made a name for themselves in coming to the aid of many sieges. The family was granted official Noble status in recognition of their service.

House of Svannen
Location - Windale, Windale Woods
Coat of Arms - Two crossed spears of silver upon a brown field
Origin - Put forward by the House of Stiel to be officially recongised, the House of Svannen was granted Nobility and declared as custodians of the northern passage. It is the sworn duty of the Svannen family to guard the Kingdom from any intruders from The Northern Wastes

House of Koskol
Location - Strichten
Coat of Arms - Two white lions and two yellow stars upon a field of yellow, red and black quarted per cross
Origin - The Koskol family aided in relations between the Valgard Highlands and Nelheim via a series of trade pacts made between the family and other Noble Houses. This led to the development of the town of Strichten, which was later formally recongised by the Crown and the family granted Nobility.
