Healer Character in The World of the Guardian Dragon | World Anvil

Healer

"When Plougher returned to the Castle, the People lived satisfied, content, and long. However, from somewhere, the spirit of sickness snuck out, insidiously leaping from one living to another to escort them to Lanternkeeper's care before their time. This gentle god did not for a moment agree to just watch the suffering of the People but hurried down to give them the gift of healing. They lifted from earth herbs to remedy aches and fever, planted the seed of healer's magic to those that would be able to use it. The suffering of the People became less and they all sighed in relief. They offered their thanks to Healer, but they simply kissed their foreheads before bidding them farewell with a gentle smile on their lips. When they returned to the Castle, the world below was happy once more."
Healer is one of the Last gods, the god of life, healing and health, and their clerical domains are Life and Trickery.

Followers

Healer's followers tend to be healthy even when epidemics ravage the land. They are often associated with cleverness; some believe them to be cunning enough to cheat even death, should they so wish.
