Teosia

Teosia is the smallest city in The New Arkhosian Empire, and was the last to be founded during the First Age. It is situated on the west coast of Arkhosia, overlooking the Shimmering Sea. Its location allows for plentiful trade with The Murqhin Sadheri.

Infrastructure

The city is home to the Teros Naval Academy, the training school for all officers of the Arkhosian Navy. The academy was named after Teros Alcyn, a renowned admiral during the First Age, and was built in Fourth Age 22.
