Rilakh Kharisia

Emperor Rilakh Rohana Thorossos Kharisia

Rilakh Rohana Thorossos Kharisia is the current Emperor of the New Arkhosian Empire. He is currently on campaign on Ysillia, trying to conquer new lands for the Arkhosi. While he pursues his campaign, the Arkhosi Court oversees the domestic affairs of the Empire. Some members of the "old nobility" are hostile towards the Court, and blame Emperor Rilakh for their actions.

Personal history

Rilakh was born to Alreya Kharisia during the Second Age, after she fled Arkhos following the Fall of the Arkhosian Empire.

Failures & Embarrassments

During his second military campaign in Ysillia, Rilakh laid siege to the city of Vosdanur. The Arkhosi were unable to breach the walls of the city, and lost great numbers in their several attempts. Eventually, reinforcements arriving from the north to defend the city forced the Emperor to call a retreat. The military campaign ultimately failed, and Rilakh was forced to return to Arkhos empty-handed.

Known Languages
Rilakh is fluent in both High Draconic and Old Draconic, as well as being able to hold conversation in Sadheri and Silatheri. His command of Common is weaker, but he is able to speak enough to communicate with those who do not speak any of the "nobler" languages. He refuses to learn the "savage" languages, Orcish and Giant, which would otherwise enable him to negotiate with the inhabitants of Ysillia. While some see this prideful refusal as noble, others see it as a foolish decision driven by outdated values.
