Treaty of Dragomon Row

Known as Kovist'an Dae'vin in Draconic, or "Treaty of the Tail".

Purpose

Established that the oceans and lands north of the Great Seawall and Elunica, and west of The Spine of the World, are closed to the outside world. It established the island chains of the Great Seawall as buffer in the west, to remain neutral in perpetuity. The treaty also provided for the creation of The Watchful Order of the Dedicated of the Seawall.
