Outer Volaris
The oldest and wealthiest residential district of Feln Volaris, which grew up outside the walls of The Agora Vera. All of the noble families that make up the Atrean Diet of Magi have lavish estates here, and anyone who lives in the district can be counted among the magical elite of Atrean society.
A defensive stone wall, newer than that around The Agora Vera but still ancient, encircles Outer Volaris, except in the east where the district abuts the Theater Quarter. The Royal Bardic College of Atra is considered to be the limit of Outer Volaris in this area.
The hill containing the royal palace and other government buildings of Atra, although it is situated inside the walls that surround most of Outer Volaris, is not considered to be part of the district.
