Sarthon (Sar-Thonn)
Known as the Jewel of the North, Sarthon is a city built high around a rocky outcropping, where land meets the sea. The skyline is dominated for miles by the twin towers of the Arcane Academy and the Prince's Palace. It is the greatest center of arcane study outside of Daskar, and many wizards of the Kingdom have traveled to Sarthon to further their studies. The folk of Sarthon are known as clever and cunning. Fishing is the most common occupation for the common folk; the nearby Bay of Gulls is a source of abundant fish. It is also the gateway to the north, and most people traveling to or from the Wild Coast pass through the city along their journey.
