Reginar Quell
Reginar Quell is a Kingslake local and close friend of Tabrian, and an acolyte at the local shrine of Aquiar. He is generally a polite and friendly young man, not prone to breaking the rules unless at the urging of his friends. Though as a youth he was a shy and unconfident sort, his adventures with Tabrian have helped him grow into a capable young man, and often catches the attention of the local women, a fact to which he is usually blindingly oblivious to.
Of average height and build, Reginar's most noticeable physical feature is his bright green eyes and slightly crooked nose from having broken it as a youth, a story which he typically refuses to share. He is also dyslexic, and still has difficulty when it comes to reading.
