Kaithon , The Mighty

Worshippers: Warriors, mercenaries, berserkers, duelists, challenge-seekers
One of the Twin Gods. Along with their sibling Typhon these deities represent the two aspects of war. Kaithon is seen as the brutal side of war, where it is fought for pride and the thrill of battle. The Twin Gods are usually depicted as large, multi-armed beings and interchangeably as male or female,within lore and art. Kaithon is often depicted with one or more bladed weapons.
There has always been a conflict between the Twin Gods, and this is often played out between their mortal followers. Due to some of what they have in common, some suspect Kaithon and Tabath of having some sort of divine agreement.

Tenets of Faith

Prayers and rituals in Kaithon's name are usually made before battle or duels, or when one is attempting a dangerous challenge or feat. Priests of Kaithon are sometimes found in armies, but more typically can be found among mercenary groups or in the Gigantes clans of the Eastern Miradell Mountains.
