Outsider

Once the rulers ofLatter Earth, Outsiders created much havok in their stead from xenoforming their conquered lands to creating specialized strains of humans. The evidence of their sovereignty still leaves a scar, not just on Latter Earth, but on the Legacy as well.   It is not known if Outsiders have fled, been driven off, or something else. Whatever the case, some remain hidden in their formor demesne, some regresses to alien savages, some still sharp in mind, both full of hatred for their former earthly slaves.
