Session Zero Report
General Summary
We begin at a bar in Oblesktoft - more specifically, the Shitfaced Sphinx. It is a quiet night at 3:00 am, and most of the bar's patrons have already headed to sleep for the night.
Wellby Greenbottle is sipping a drink, when he is approached by a small gnome complaining about bird people. Suddenly, Tori ( a bird person) swoops in, look around, then leaves the area. Riku motions to grab Wellby's attention. As they are talking, an arrow is shot from seemingly nowhere, and lands in the middle of the street. This gets everyone's attention. Once the arrow lands, it burst into a eldritch green flame. From the fire, an inhuman voice bellows: The voice announces that the one who found the arrow is now the proud owner of an adventurer guild. Attached to the arrow is paperwork required for starting the business, and an map showing the location of a building to use as an HQ. Meanwhile, from the alley way, Bax gets a sick deal on smuggled catnip. Nice! The party travels through the city until they reach a bar. The bar is suspended in a giant bird cage, with a rope hanging down. Inside the bar, the party finds Chrisopher Whistopher, the owner of the bar, and Riku is able to convince Whistopher to allow the party to use the bar - and rent free! Hell yeah! With a shelter in place, the party falls asleep in the tavern, and Bax falls asleep in the streets nearby, having stalked the group all night.
