Arc 2 - Finale

The DM is moving and will be unable to run games for a while.   So we are wrapping this up all quickly-like!   Big Money Salvage Co defeated Capt. Ital (who was revealed to be a lich using his company as a phylactry) by gaining 50%+1 ownership of the company   Tori also made the High Loaf, which caused Postal (the Traveler) to be able to partially manifest and reveal a new continent   The party also learned from Ital that a star called Levitanii is going to impact the solar system sometime in the next century, and likely coat the system in negative energy.

The Undermine explodes, the party investigates and recovers an artifact

Sesson 8-10: End of Arc 1

The party learns that the Rowdy's are planning to attack Big Money in a week's time.   The party then does a preemptive strike on the Rowdies.   They climb to the top of the outer city walls, and abseil down the wall - right into the CEO office.   They encounter the CEO of The Rowdies, Richardo Rowdy himself.   In about 9 seconds, he is killed. From his skull, a strange fish like creature crawls out of the man's head, and tries to escape - before someone kills it.   The players then explore the Rowdy's office.   They find an armory, full of +1 weapons, cursed animated swords, and a set of animated armor that is convinced to join Big Money.     They find a skull with a green flame spewing out of its removed scalp. After touching the skull, the flame dies out, and screams are heard from elsewhere in the building. This also causes a direct connection to the owner of the RuinNation: a man by the name of Captain Ital. Ital congratulates Big Money for defeating the Rowdies, and says he looks forward to future business.   They explore the rest of the building, and find basically employee killed by reanimated temp workers from RuinNation. After slaying the undead, the party saves a secretary.   Within a week, base rennovations finish. Big Money's base expands to include several new rooms and a giant-ass mecha bird.

Session 7:

The party leads the liberated orks back to Oblesktoft.   The following night during watches, Tori trips out due to the bread he ate - Tori and Bax party with Orks, and Tori sees a big *something* in the distance.   They return to the bird's nest in Oblesktoft. The bar has made huge profits and Big Money Salvage Co has made a name for itself in town.   The party goes shopping - discovers a tent ran a Sand Witch, goes to the Holy Temple of the Heroes (plus the gift shop!) and Riku gets a pet dog.   He is a very good boy.

Sesson 5 - 6: Ork Capitalism Hoooooo

The party is lead by Kobolds into temple to the Messenger occupied by Orks.   They are told they can keep anything they find so long as they clear the Orks from the area.   They loot a bunch, stop certain orks from being asshats, and liberate the common orkish worker.   Tori eats bread

Session 4:

Pre-Session   Squeem had an accident with the cart and his alcohol arrives late.   Kindle Tuft makes 20gp selling drugs, and a Rowdy is unable to pay her fee.   The party interrogates and blackmails the Rowdy (whose name is Steve Stevenson) to work for the party to pay off the debt. They find out that the Rowdys are about to expand to own several more rental. They also learn many of the Rowdy's resources come from a location called the Undermine.   The party also gathers equipment and Tori learns of a cavern west of Oblesktoft that the Town Council wants explored (known as the Sandstone Caverns). Riku and Bax purchase equipment for the party and company (including arming the NPC employees). Riku tries to find a trade caravan to buy trade spices, however he is too late, and he arrives right as the carvan is leaving. He makes a mad dash in an attempt to trade with the carvan driver at the back. The driver talks, however he is distracted and his carriage crashes and the horse runs away into the south side of the desert (where is runs into the sand which seems to cover the horse breifly - then the horse disappears)   The party decides to leave to investigate the Sandstone Caverns. Along the way - they meet a Sand Witch, who shows off a few spells. She uses a Sack of Sand which drops sleepy sand on several people (including her self). This sand contacts Wellby and causes him to get drowsy at the wheel of the carriage, however Riku thinks quickly and takes control of the carriage. Bax picks up the Sand Sack, and eventually the Witch wakes up. The Witch demands payment for the sack in the form of sand from the South Region of the Kephri Desert. She then turns to sand which disperses away.   In the night, the ground begins to shake. Riku sees a hole in the ground emiting steam and uses a piton to plug the hole (Nat 20 fuck yeah!). This causes pressure to build up and blow a hole in the side of a nearby cliffside - revealing a shortcut to the Sandstone Cavern! There, the party meets several Pidgeon God worshiping Kobolds - who demand help to fight goblins and rats who have taken up home in the Sandstone Cavern where the Kobolds live.

Session 3: Now Hireing

The party returns to town. While in town, Riku and Ori meet up with the Rowdy's and get paid extra for taking care the goblins (thanks to some skillful diplomacy). They also meet up with Kindle Tuft, who is eventually convenced to join the Company as a Majordomo, in exchange for some pay up front and if Riku orders a couple rounds of drinks later in the night.   Meanwhile, Tori reads the newspaper and discovers that there is a new band of mercenaries for hire who have arrived from out of towns called RuinNation. He travels to the market and finds the a stand where RuinNation is seeking recruits. While he is out investigating, he posts a few Help Wanted signs. After stalking the stand for a while, Tori becomes aware that the person manning the stand never moves. Ever.   The party returns to the HQ and everyone goes out for drinks at the Shitfaced Sphinx.   The next day, they do job interviews.   They interview a depressed half-elf alcoholic named Osreak, a party-crazed tiefling named Pride, a wise old dragonborn who is certainly a dragonborn and not three kobolds in a trenchcoat. After 5 hours of interviews and no real candidates, a drow named Atheiss Thawn, who makes good soup and even better underdark cocktails.   Also Antony Saints

Session 2: Goblins and Flagons

The party meets a goblin who survives a tragic cottage accident outside of the base. The goblin (Squeem) is convinced to join the company as the Chief Goblin Executive. Squeem agrees to help guide the party to the Crag Canyon goblins.   The party makes it to the Crag Canyon over the course of one day's worth of travel. They find a tall hole carved into the face of the mountain. After some violent negotiations, they let the party in. There is some peaceful discussion and the goblin guard escorts the party to the their boss. The boss agrees to exclusively provide alcohol to the party's bar.   The boss gives a chest with a magic hat and gold to the party.   Suddenly a caged hyena breaks out and rampages about - putting Bax and Riku on death's door.   After a rough fight, Tori finishes off the hyena and the party returns home.   Just another day in the biz'.

Session 1 - Making Connections

The party wakes up. Riku and Wellby pick up a newspaper and find a jobfrom Rowdy Requisition Co to requisition a spring of booze from some goblins.   The party goes to stores, meets Kindle Tuft (a tabaxi shop keeper) who warns Riku not to trust the Rowdies.   Tori meets one of the Crazies. The Crazy goes on and does the craziest thing.   Smartass dude turns himself into a potted plant! A FUCKIN PLANT.   Funniest shit I’ve ever seen.   The party finishes making preperations and then the downstairs of my house started to flood irl - so the session ended there.   ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
