Circomore is a large town in Guilhill Mountains in The Hilt that acts as the capital of The Hilt. Circomore is built on old runs from a lost human civilization that was destroyed The War of Titans and Gods. Queen Mullgar The Great Boar builds the town of Circomore on a set of old Elven ruins because of its easily defendable location. Lord Rowland III Mulligan is the current Lord of Circomore and Head of House Mulligan. Lord Rowland III served during The Promised War as a rebel.
