Granite Boulderfist is a stout gnome with a muscular build and a rugged, weather-beaten face. He dresses in simple, practical clothing that allows him to move freely in combat, and his massive greataxe is never far from his grasp. Despite his small stature, Granite exudes an aura of raw power and primal fury, his eyes blazing with an inner fire that reflects his fierce determination. He is almost always carrying his trusty maul Earthshaker

Personal history

Granite Boulderfist was born into a family of miners in the rugged city of Syom'skit'ngthefl, located amidst the arid sands of Gallidion. From a young age, Granite showed a natural affinity for physical labor and a keen eye for spotting valuable minerals hidden beneath the earth. Growing up in the harsh environment of the mines, Granite learned the value of hard work and perseverance, as well as the importance of loyalty and camaraderie among the miners.
As Granite reached adolescence, they began to accompany their father into the mines, learning the ancient art of mining and quarrying from the seasoned miners who toiled beneath the surface. It was during this time that Granite caught the eye of Master Stonehammer, a renowned miner and foreman who saw potential in the young dwarf. Under Master Stonehammer's tutelage, Granite honed their skills in the art of mining, mastering the use of pickaxe and shovel to extract precious ores and gemstones from the earth.
It was during one of their shifts in the mines that Granite first crossed paths with Captain Thaddeus Gearspark, a charismatic leader and seasoned adventurer who had made a name for themselves as a hero of the city. Impressed by Granite's strength and resilience, Captain Gearspark extended an offer to join their expedition into the desolate wastelands of Gallidion, promising adventure and excitement beyond imagination. Intrigued by the prospect of testing their mettle in the wild unknown, Granite accepted without hesitation, eager to prove themselves in the world above ground.
Joined by a band of intrepid adventurers, Granite embarked on a journey into the heart of the desert, braving sandstorms, scorching temperatures, and deadly creatures in search of ancient ruins and lost treasures. Along the way, they forged deep bonds of friendship and camaraderie with their fellow travelers, united by a shared love of adventure and exploration. Together, they faced countless trials and tribulations, overcoming every obstacle with courage and determination. Granite enjoys being useful in ways other than mining, and is proud of being the fist for his friends. He gleefully looks for opportunities to fulful this role.
