Earthshaker

Earthshaker (Magical Maul)
Weapon Type: Maul
Damage: 2d6 bludgeoning damage + Strength modifier
Earthquake Strike: Once per day, as an action, the wielder can activate Earthshaker to deliver an Earthquake Strike. The target and all creatures within a 10-foot radius must make a DC 15 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone and take an additional 2d8 bludgeoning damage.
Stonebreaker: Against constructs or creatures made of stone or metal, Earthshaker deals an additional 1d6 bludgeoning damage and ignores resistance to non-magical damage.
Stone's Resilience: While attuned to Earthshaker, the wielder gains resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage from non-magical attacks. Additionally, they have advantage on saving throws against earth and stone-based spells and effects.
Tremor Aura: While wielding Earthshaker, the wielder emits a subtle aura of seismic energy. Creatures within 10 feet of the wielder have disadvantage on Dexterity saving throws and attack rolls that require maintaining balance or precise movements.
